COVID-19 Policies

To ensure the safety of participants and staff, the following policies are in place for onsite tours: Pursuant to the August 5, 2021 Executive Order, everyone must wear a mask at all times while inside. London Town Staff will be masked throughout the entire tour. Refusal to wear a mask inside on the part of a participant or organizer will result in immediate cancellation of program, forfeiture of payment, and inability to schedule a tour in the future. Given the ever-shifting nature of this pandemic, we may unfortunately need to cancel the tour at any time. We will immediately contact you via the email address you provide if we need to cancel and attempt to reschedule. If we're unable to reschedule you, we'll refund your fee. If you choose to not attend for reasons unrelated to COVID, we will provide a full refund until two weeks prior to the program, after which we are unable to offer refunds (unless the prior conditions are met). Please note: this information is current as of the time it is posted online (September 2, 2021). It will change as the situation changes.
